Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Production Application Support – L3 - responsible for running the day-to-day operation and analysis of incidents. Enhancements and SWR for application built in .NET
• Production Services roles include Problem/Incident Management, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics and Reporting, Production Governance, Change/Configuration Management, etc
• Liaise with Business team to solve the issues encounter during operations
• Communicates effectively with development and internal business operations teams
• Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement
• Capable to work on the front-end and back-end of an
• Liaise with Microsoft team to solve product related issues

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $140,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
